I had real good stay, the place is beautifully kept and good small!

There was very very helpful staff and the service was good. Had double room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it.

Had functional double room with seperate bedrooms, TV with a variety of international channels plus sofa. The location was excellent, very close to the Lycabettus hill, convenient to go everywhere.

Air conditioned and great-sized rooms with a king-sized bed are accompanied by good service. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The breakfast was rich with every taste and numerous options, for instance. Its location close to a gallery and a church was particularly good.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Booked a room with sofa.

we were there for 4 nights, overall had a really good stay. the room was good sized and functional, it had a reasonably spacious bathroom. the private parking was nearby, great service.

Everything was very good, great service, magnificent location next to bakeries as well as Close to Megaron. The staff were very helpful and helped us with private parking. The room we had was good sized and functional with a nice terrace and seperate bedrooms plus old bath.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unpleasant.

Upgraded room with comfortable living area. Small shower head, basic tea/coffee. Good wifi. Quiet location. Consider staying at Best Westerns again.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice decor and all the necessary amenities such as a coffee maker and a flat screen TV. The beds were particularly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's key location made it easy to access public transportation, with a bus stop just a minute away and a metro station less than a five-minute walk. This made it convenient to get around and explore all the attractions Athens has to offer.

the elevator was ridiculously small, barely fitting two to three people, making it extremely cramped and difficult to navigate, especially if you had luggage with you. the soundproofing in the rooms was virtually non-existent, allowing noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms to easily filter in.

Exellent staff, gourmet breakfast, nice location and safe ( next door to the US Embassy). Very near transport facilities and shops.

Room was small for the price we paid and the shower was broken and needed to be repaired, we complained about it but nothing was done. Everytime we had a shower water and foam would flood the toilet floor, all they did was clean it.

This hotel was really nice and clean. As it was overbooked, I was upgraded to a junior suite, which was really a very nice surprise. Rooms were enough big, bed was comfortable and big. This hotel situates in a small quiet side-street, still a bus stop is not far away and the connection with the city center was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Compared to 4star hotels in Central-Europe the breakfest could be better. Still everything was fresh and delicious. They don't offer any porridges and I was suprised that there was no fresh juices. But these are my personal preferences.

Good location, standard facilities, nice people, easy access to Metro, fix taxi price to harbor/airport, comfortable beds.

No negatives from this place.
